RC INSURANCE - SAFE FLY

MASTERDRONE® SAFE-FLY INSURANCE FOR YOUR NEW DRONE

MASTERDRONE SAFE-FLY it is the insurance for civil liability arising to the Insured for damages involuntarily caused to third parties, as a consequence of an accidental event occurring during use and driving, also in compliance with and in compliance with European Regulations 945/2019 - 947/2019 - UAS Regulation - IT ed. 1 of 04/01/2021 and subsequent amendments.
Insurance coverage for CIVIL LIABILITY TOWARDS THIRD PARTIES has become MANDATORY FOR ANY TYPE OF DRONE and for any type of service. For this reason, we at MASTERDRONE® have started a collaboration with the broker NOBIS Compagnia di Assicurazioni SpA for the provision of insurance coverage for our clients' drones. It is a third party liability policy for the operation of UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) exclusively for RECREATIONAL PURPOSE. An important prerogative of the service offered by Masterdrone® is the possibility of stipulating a "Collective" coverage contract with the possibility of insuring the entire fleet and no longer the single drone (with further significant savings) COST OF SAFE-FLY INSURANCE
Safe-Fly Insurance costs only €49/year and activation is immediate.

INSURANCE CONDITIONS

DRONE INSURANCE FOR SAFE FLYING

- Maximum limit for damage to property and/or damage to persons up to 1,000,000 Euros: INCLUDED (Euro 2,500,000.00 aggregate annual limit which cannot be exceeded under any circumstances)
- Damages from interruptions or suspensions of activities: INCLUDED
- Financial Losses from Privacy Violation: INCLUDED
- Eurofly option, the insurance is valid for damages that occur in the territories of all European countries, as well as in Asian territories that are part of the former Soviet Union: INCLUDED
- IT IS POSSIBLE TO INSURE AN UNLIMITED NUMBER OF DRONES WITH A SINGLE HOBBY USE POLICY

FRANCHISE

Without prejudice to what is indicated in the individual special and/or additional conditions, the insured party shall be responsible for the following amount:

A- €250.00 per accident and per injured party relating to damages attributable to UA (Unmanned Aircraft) with a take-off operating mass (MTOM) of less than 4kg or falling within classes C0/C1/C2 and attributable to toy aircraft compliant with Directive 2009/48/EC.

B- €500.00 per accident and per damaged party relating to UA (Unmanned Aircraft) with a take-off operating mass (MTOM) greater than 4kg but less than 25kg or falling into classes C3/C4.

C- €500.00 per accident and per damaged party relating to Bicycles also with battery-powered power assistance, Scooters also with battery-powered power assistance, Onewheel also with battery-powered power assistance and Lift Foils also with battery-powered power assistance.
